Who we are
Blu Collar Technology is a brand of Blue Collar Technology LLC. We set up and run AI phone answering, missed-call text back, website chat, booking and reminders, and lead follow-up for service businesses across the United States.
We work with service businesses of all kinds. Our focus is the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, and general contractors. The same setup works for any business that lives on calls and appointments.
How we work
We don’t just sell software. We set up the system, test it with you, and keep it running. Our rule for how we talk to customers, and how we set up Ace to talk to yours, is simple:

Our founder
Blu Collar Technology was founded by Darien West. Darien’s background is in sales in route-based service industries, where answering the phone and following up quickly decide who gets the business.
